You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
As a user of our Services, you agree to use our platform and any connected APIs (including the Google Ads API and other third-party integrations) responsibly and legally.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data, candidate information, and customer details you process through our platform.
Compliance: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, consents, and legal bases to process the data you submit to our Services, including compliance with all rules regarding automated decision-making and AI processing.
Third-Party Integrations: When our Services interact with third-party tools (such as Google APIs) on your behalf, you are responsible for adhering to the specific data usage and privacy requirements of those third parties.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific master services agreement, the Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”), are owned or controlled by Oinio Ltd. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Services for your internal business operations as intended by our agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oinio Ltd, its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. This includes lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing use of our Services and closing your account.
These Terms of Service and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
